On 02:08PM UTC we deployed a bug fix (DOME-11649). This caused a regression which was not caught and caused errors when running Compliance Engine manual assessments or via the API.
Continuous Compliance Policy assessments were not affected by this issue and operated normally.

The issue was discovered and a fix was deployed on 02:53PM UTC.
System functionality is back to normal now.
